Returns/Exchanges

Your happiness is our priority. If you have a problem, contact us and we’ll strive to make it right.

Damages:

Assuming the worst case, If the packaging is heavily tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person and contact our customer support mentioning your Order ID.  A brand new replacement will be dispatched to you with no additional cost. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damages after you received your package, please send photos to returns@1stop3dshop.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

You are welcome to cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of order placement and refund will be issued immediately in the next 24 hours.  All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 15% restocking fee, if your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Except as otherwise noted, every product purchased at 1 Stop 3D Shop has a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in brand new condition. For 3D printers, it must not have been operated, have marks or show signs of use. We do not cover ordinary damages caused by improper use or accidents. 

If an item is faulty, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt and return/exchange shipping will be free. After 14 days from receipt, returns will not be accepted.

Returns for non-defective printers and accessories are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note: A printer can only be deemed defective by the printer manufacturer directly. 

Extended warranties cannot be returned.

Opened 3D printer filament and resin cannot be returned.

Customers must provide proof of purchase (store receipt or shipping invoice) for all returns and exchanges. Please also provide us with the serial number of the machine when contacting us.

All returning items must be sent back with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #). An RMA number will be assigned by our support technician. Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed. Any return made by Customer without an approved mail to the seller location will be considered an unauthorized return (“Unauthorized Return”). Unauthorized Returns will not be subject to a refund or credit by the seller. Once we have received your RMA back at our facility, please allow approximately 7-10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.

Customer is responsible for any freight charges for returning any items back to us after a return authorization number is assigned and the return is approved by our company. In the case that a package is lost in transit we will assist as much as possible, but ultimate responsibility for the loss and/or delay lies with the carrier.

1 Stop 3D Shop is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees incurred in the shipment of items or replacement parts to other countries. If the customer elects to abandon their shipment in lieu of paying customs, taxes, or import fees on their order or returning the item(s) to us, no refund will be given.  If the seller receives your order returned because of local government import regulations, we will NOT offer you a refund after receiving the returned package. Please note that all refunds DO NOT include return shipping charges and/or other fees such as courier transaction or customs fees, tariffs, taxes, and duties.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order and refunds can take up to 10 days to process after returned items have been received. To request for return of an order, please email us at returns@1stop3dshop.com or call us at (210) 201-2401.

Returns and Exchanges by Mail

All packages must be shipped with a carrier that can provide a valid tracking number and insurance. 1 Stop 3D Shop is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Packages must be shipped out within 5 days of issuance of the RMA number.

All returns must include original factory box, original equipment, accessories, cables, original factory packaging (foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork. Please do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition.

If the returned merchandise does not meet the conditions of the requirement, it will be sent back to the customer at his or her expense.
